Vikings Strength Program
Fury Performance Training FPT-Off Ice Strength and Conditioning
The Fury Organization has one of the best off-ice programs in the United States. The club has invested significant resources into their strength and performance coaches, facility, and sophisticated program design. They develop athletes in physical performance, injury prevention, recovery, nutrition, and lifestyle. Their programs and services push every athlete to achieve and exceed their goals.
Off-ice training is customized for each age group. A complete profile of tests is used to determine strengths and weaknesses. Periodic testing is recorded for each player and tracked for year-round and long-term progress and consultation.
